Thank you to this year's delegates and exhibitors who attended the RFANS conference at the Atlantica Oak Island Inn and Marina in Western Shore, NS.

Special thanks to our Premier Diamond level conference sponsor, CIMCO Refrigeration who's continued support over the years is gratefully appreciated by the RFANS Board of Directors.  And to Efficiency NS as our Platnium level sponsor, as well to WHW Architects as our Gold level sponsor, for their extremely valuable support.  Without the support of our sponsors we would not be able to offer the best conference costs around.

2013 Maritime Arena Operators

Institute Course

The Level I course has been designed as an introduction to various aspects of arena operation and is ideal for those with minimal arena experience or are new to arenas. Arena managers would benefit from the information obtained in Level I.

The Level II course provides the more experienced arena operator with the opportunity to sharpen their skills through practical, hands-on learning situations, while at the same time gaining advanced training in the arena industry. Participants are evaluated on their knowledge of refrigeration, ice making and ice resurfacers. Level II is generally reserved for those with at least 10 years experience working in an arena or 5 years experience and previous attendance at an approved training program or successful completion of MAOI Level 1
